Carri inspires others to realize they are stronger than they think they are!
She thrives on fitness, travel and outdoor activities from sea to snow. Long distance hiking, running and biking are just a few of her joys and she always has an ongoing list of adventures she’s ready to embark on such as climbing Kilimanjaro and hiking El Camino de Santiago. Because of this passion she was honored to be an Athleta Sponsored Athlete 2012.
Her dedication to yoga began as an outdoor enthusiast seeking flexibility and cross-training after thru-hiking the entire Appalachian Trail in 1999.
Carri completed a 200 hr. Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Mexico in 2007 and another 300 hr. Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in 2011 in India and Italy. She is a self-described “workshop junkie” and continually seeks them out to further her education and understanding of the human body.
She has enjoyed diverse teachings from the late Maty Ezraty, Leslie Kaminoff, Desiree Rumbaugh, Ana Forrest, David Swenson, David Garrigues, Baron Baptiste, Tiffany Cruikshank, Tim Miller, Kino MacGregor and maintains a Yoga Anatomy mentorship under Dr. Ariele Foster.
Carri has taught 4000 hours, has taken 1000 hours of formal training and has led 22 Yoga Teacher Trainings & Retreats around the globe!
She has completed Off the Mat Leadership Training with Seane Corn, Suzanne Sterling and Hala Khouri at the Omega Institute in New York.

Carri owns a distinct passion for travel. She spent a year traveling with her husband in Central and South America and has worked internationally at Ibiza Yoga in Spain.
In 2009 and 2010 she was the resident instructor at Samana Chakra Yoga Retreat in Mancora, Peru and taught at South Africa Yoga in 2012.
She is proud to have run the Philadelphia Marathon in 2011, cycled the North Fork Century on Long Island in 2012, completed a Marathon in San Antonio in 2020 and has received numerous product sponsorships including Kind Food Bars, Justin’s Nut Butters and Raw Revolution.
In 2013 she was on Team Vega. In 2015 she was privileged to be a Brand Ambassador for SOLS, teaching yoga at their facilities in NYC. She was also a sponsored teacher with Aurorae Yoga and an Ambassador for Outdoor Chicks while living in Europe for two years in 2018-19.
Carri’s powerful, creative Vinyasa classes maintain attention to detail and alignment with a dynamically fun and vivacious approach. Prepare to sweat…and laugh!

Sarah Walsh’s relationship with yoga began in 2002 in Toronto. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, her passion for Yoga and the Performing Arts led her to New York City where she lived, studied and taught for 10 years.
She recently moved to California first to San Francisco and now LA. She enjoying the west coast living again!
Co-founder of Drishti Yoga International Teacher Training, and former instructor at Sangha Yoga Shala and the Giving Tree in New York, Sarah also ran a successful private practice in the City.
Sarah taught at The Pad Studios, Zazen and Empower in San Francisco. Sarah has taught around the world – both at yoga retreats and at yoga teacher trainings.
She taught in Italy in 2011 then headed to Goa, India, where she established her own yoga studio and taught for four months. She has taught in Bali and Costa Rica Co-Leading a teacher training with Awakened Life School of Yoga. She has also led the Drishti Yoga Teacher Trainings in Mexico, India, Italy, Thailand, Peru, Costa Rica and Greece.
In addition to training teachers around the Globe, Sarah can be found teaching a variety of classes. This includes pre-natal, restorative, baby and me, and core-based classes in addition to her Vinyasa/Ashtanga offerings. Sarah is a Holistic Health Coach, providing counseling and inspiration to private clients on nutrition and healthy life-style.
Sarah was featured in Elephant Journal which showcased her teachings abroad. She has also been published in Mindbodygreen for her insight on the Chakra System and for her expertise on Prenatal Yoga.

Sarah Walsh has her YA 200 hour certification in Vinyasa yoga from Sonic Yoga in NYC and obtained YA 500 hours in Ashtanga in India. She is Prenatal certified with Janice Clarfield, Kids Yoga certified through Karma Kids and completed her Level Two Restorative at Yoga Works with Jillian Pransky in San Francisco.
Sarah is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a certified Health Coach.
Sarah teaches both Ashtanga and Vinyasa because she feels they are wonderful compliments to each other: her Ashtanga classes are influenced by Vinyasa’s focus on alignment and her Vinyasa creative flow classes benefit from the structural element of Ashtanga.
Sarah studied Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore at KPJAYI under the guidance of Pattabhi Jois’s grandson Sharath Jois and daughter Saraswathi Jois.
Sarah is a trained Doula after completing her Dona course in San Francisco. She completed her Pilates training with Balanced Body. Sarah is a mother to two beautiful kids who are her greatest teachers!
