Kick Your Cold

The following makes 32 oz. for about $10 (if you already have the cayenne oil).
Juice all the fruit and ginger. Pour into a large mason jar. Add the cayenne pepper. Shake and drink an 8 oz. serving immediately. Store the rest in the fridge for a few days.
Other Tips
Oil of Oregano – excellent for cleansing, digestion and upper respiratory infections. Make sure you are using a high quality 100% pure oil that is safe for ingesting.
